AI ModerationKidplomat uses third-party AI providers to help moderate and improve messages.
When you send or receive a message, it may be transmitted to one or more of these providers for automated analysis.
This helps us detect tone, language issues, or potentially harmful communication patterns and present you with helpful AI-generated alternatives.We carefully select AI providers that adhere to strong privacy and security standards, but we cannot guarantee that all data sent to them is encrypted or stored in your country.4. Data Storage and SecurityOur data is hosted on Firebase and Google Cloud servers.
We use modern security measures to protect your data; however, not all data is guaranteed to be encrypted at all times.
We make no warranty against potential data loss, interception, or unauthorized access.5. Data Retention and DeletionWe keep user and message data for a period of time to support app functionality, moderation, and troubleshooting.
There is currently no set timeframe for deleting inactive accounts.If you delete your account, we will remove your profile information, but we may retain certain communications or data for legitimate purposes such as moderation history or legal compliance.You can contact us at [email protected]
to request data deletion.6. Children’s PrivacyKidplomat is designed only for adults who are co-parents.
Children cannot create accounts or use the app directly.
While parents may input their children’s names and ages, this information is used solely for context within the co-parenting conversation and not shared publicly.7.
